Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. IL Customs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
IL Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Custom & Handmade Items
All products are 3D printed and handmade, so slight variations and minor imperfections may occur. This is normal and part of the process.
