At IL Customs, we are committed to making your shopping experience delightful. We take great care in packaging your orders and ensuring timely delivery. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless and reliable service. We are constantly working to improve our processes to serve you better.

As of now, we utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries and shipments. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

IL Customs values your satisfaction and wants you to shop with confidence. In our return policy section, we outline the necessary steps to be taken if you wish to return or exchange a product. We believe in fair and transparent policies that benefit both our customers and our business. Your trust in us is of utmost importance.
 
We understand that sometimes preferences change, and we are here to make the return or exchange process simple and straightforward for you. However, due to items being customized they are non-refundable, but may be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the item if you notice any blemishes or defects with the product. Non-customizable items may be returned with a $5 restocking fee. If a return is needed, the customer must reach out to support@ilcustoms.com with their order number for a return shipping label.
