How to Purchase Digital Products?

Digital products will be sent via email once your purchase has been verified. Due to the nature of the product there will be no refunds or exchanges. You may use digital product non-commercial use only. If you are needing a digital file for commercial use please contact us at support@ilcustoms.com to purchase a commercial license.
What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange an item within 15 days from the date that you receive your order. If the item is customized, you are ineligible for a return, but may be eligible for an exchange for items that are damaged. If the item you receive is damaged, you have 48 hours from the date the item was received to contact support@ilcustoms.com for an exchange. Customized items includes things that the customer must make edits to such as adding a name, color change, dimension change, etc.
